A Little History...
The Kelly Bradley Company began in 1984 as a provider and transporter of fill
materials to the residential, and commercial industries.
Now known as Kelly Bradley, Inc., the company has its headquarters in Hitchcock,
Texas, about 30 miles southeast of Houston, where, today, a portion of the facility
still specializes in sand, crushed concrete and select fill.
In January 1996, heavy equipment specialist, Skipper Smith, helped Kelly Bradley form
KB Rentals and Services, Ltd. With over 20 years in the construction industry, Smith
has proven to be a highly-motivated partner with heavy equipment knowledge and residential
and commercial project expertise.
KB Rentals and Services, Ltd. is one of today’s top leaders in the construction industry.
The heavy equipment and construction specialty division offers full-scale, complete project
development capabilities for residential, and commercial construction.

Kelly Bradley
President
Entrepreneur and self-made businessman. Kelly has been in the construction and materials
business for over 30 years. Growing up in the family construction business gave Kelly a
chance to learn first-hand how the materials business operates. From there, he started his
own company, Kelly Bradley, Inc. Now, at 45 years old, Kelly remains at the top of his
field in engineering, design and construction.
Skipper Smith
Partner-KB Rentals and Services, Ltd.
Formerly a salesman for Mustang Tractor. Skipper has spent 20 years in the heavy
equipment business. He brings this wealth of heavy equipment knowledge to KB Rentals and
Services, Ltd., providing expertise in equipment use and handling for all range of projects.
Travis Kauffman
Project Manager/Engineer/Estimator
A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Marine & Civil Engineering.
Travis has been an active participant of KB Rentals and Services, Ltd. for seven years.
His expertise involves design and project management, along with estimating and cost-tracking.
