Since 1996, KB Rentals and Services, Ltd. has been the civil engineering division of Kelly Bradley, Inc. Clients are able to contract for a complete turn-key residential development project, complete with dirt work, concrete paving and design for interior streets along with installation of public utilities. KB Rentals and Services, Ltd. also handles turn-key commercial development work for large super-center retail chains, gasoline stations, and fire stations.
